Returns

Due to the limited inventory of each product, all sales are final.  Please read order details carefully and always double check the size/color before finalizing your order.

Shipping Time

Each item will have it's own unique shipping time. Please check the product listing for your given shipping time. Everything ships via USPS Priority or Priority Express Mail and will not include a tracking number unless it is a Rush order that has been requested.

Rush Orders

All rush orders are final once payment has been received. No refunds will be given. Shipping/Delivery time frames will be given prior to purchase so by providing payment of invoice, you agree to the delivery terms. Items will be delivered USPS Priority Express mail. Due to any unforeseen circumstances of the postal service, time frames are estimated for arrival and can not be guaranteed. By agreeing to a Rush order, you are in understanding of this.

Exchanges

If an exchange is requested, please send an email to [email protected] with your specific item, size you purchased, size you would like to request, details as to why an exchange is requested and purchase date. Exchanges will only be honored within 30 days of purchase date and are contingent on if the item's new requested size is in stock. If item is not in stock or no longer available, an exchange will not be honored. All approved items for exchange MUST be mailed out & we must received items within 45 days from purchase date. All honored exchanges will not be fulfilled until purchaser sends item back. If we do not receive item within 45 days from purchase date, the approved exchange will be honored at the discretion of teeter tots.

Shipping Address

Shipping addresses are given to us by PayPal and you have the opportunity to note your shipping address prior to payment.  

If you provide the incorrect shipping address at purchase and your package is delivered to the incorrect address, you must purchase a new item.  We will cover the cost of the shipping and handling this new item to you.  If you do not wish to pay for the new item, a refund will be issued for the cost of the original item, minus the shipping and handling costs that we have incurred.

If your package is returned to us marked as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact the purchaser and make one additional delivery at our expense.  If that delivery fails, we will hold on to the item until we recieve a response from the purchaser, who than will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling charges to ship out again. 

 

We may offer full refunds and/or exchanges under the following circumstances:

-an item received was damaged (damaged item must be returned for a refund or exchange to be processed)

-an incorrect item was sent (incorrect item must be returned for a refund or exchange to be processed)

-an item was lost in the mail and the customer can provide documentation from USPS to that effect

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF WE PROCESS A RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR A DAMAGED ITEM, IT MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
